The First Conversation
Everything starts here. Not a sales pitch. A real conversation. We want to understand what you are building, where you are in the planning process, and whether Outback is the right fit. If it is, we map out next steps together. If it is not, we will tell you so. This call typically runs 30 to 45 minutes and costs you nothing.

Site Walk & Design Direction
We come to your land. We look at orientation, access, utilities, setbacks, and everything that will shape the build before a single line is drawn. From there, we talk through your design direction. floor plan preferences, exterior finishes, interior selections. and connect you with the right design resources for your project.

Pricing, Contract & Pre-Construction
We build transparent pricing from the ground up. No lowball estimates to win the job, no surprises later. Once we agree on scope and budgets, we handle permits, finalize your selections, and schedule the start date. You will know exactly what you are getting into before we break ground.

The Build
We run a tight job site. You will have a dedicated point of contact throughout the build and regular walkthroughs at key milestones. framing, MEP rough-in, pre-drywall, trim, tile, etc. Questions get answered fast. Problems, when they arise, get handled before they become issues. You are never left wondering where your project stands.

Final Walkthrough & Handoff
Before you get the keys, we walk the home with you, top to bottom. We cover every system, every finish, and your full warranty coverage: one year on workmanship, lifetime on fiberglass pools. Then we hand you the keys. and stay available long after.
